Im in 8th grade now I see a lot I mean A LOT, but not in a bad way or an good way. I came into Lpa in 5th grade I had fun and i was happy. Some people left and some came but it was not hard to make friend (even know I make friends with everyone). But if some did not had any friends no matter what they will fit in because there are people like that.Oh boy let me tell you about the teachers. The teachers are not bad people , some people might think that an teacher it mean but there not (well sometimes they are just mean).BUT! they are good at what there doing. My math teacher is really scary some times but he not so bad. He is an good teacher I put this on everything that I learn so much and he gives out chances (even know i fail his test some times).Well to sum it all up Lpa is and good school for me and other kids but all schools are not perfect. (and Marty Boi just hopes he can make it to 9th grade)

LPA is a school that is moving in a direction that all schools are going or trying to go. Discipline and respect starts at home. Teachers are there to teach and guide the children as much as possible. But, parents need to understand that, most children do things at school that they generally would not do at home. And instead of parents jumping down teachers throats because they are getting on their child for doing inappropriate things. Join forces with your child's teacher and see what you can do to make there jobs easier and more productive. Yes, there has been a change in staff but if you check the statistics, that is happening everywhere. Children will be children, so they are going to complain about things if it is not going their way. I was an employee of the school and I had an opportunity to look at things from a different perspective. The teachers are there because they love the students and they love what they do. Teachers in general are over worked and underpaid. It is easy to complain, but what are you parents and students doing to make the school better and one that stands out from all others. Be part the solution, not part of the problem.

To be a Christian Academy, the leadership sucks. The principal, is something else. She is one you can't talk to. Does she hear what you have to say? No.She cuts you off. Very rude individual. If anyone else thinks so please rate her and let other parents know who they have working with their children. Please don't sit there and say nothing. Your child deserves to have great leaders working with them every day. It starts at the top. I wonder how she treats her teachers.

Over the years the school has became not so favorable in my eye and many others from what I can see in the reviews. Mrs. Williams have a horrible and a very nonchalant attitude. Her only concern is writing and receiving grant funds. The school has no designated safe place for the kids to do PE. They have PE outside in the parking lot. Safety is not taken serious! The turnover rate is high. Overall LPA needs to say goodbye to Mrs. Williams and start to make the necessary changes so that LPA can be what it use to be....

Great School! Underappreciated and Unfairly Judged. My children have been going here for 6 years and while there has been many changes, it is still a great school. Parents have to be involved and do their part. Respectfully communicating with teachers and staff goes a long way. They do t heir best to create an environment that allows the children to feel safe and thrive to their fullest capacity. Good communication is the key and being involved is a must for your child's success. I think any and all schools has its faults, as no school is perfect. However, I think they try very hard to fulfill their intended mission to create and groom scholars who are sure to make a mark in the future.

Tbh I don't go to this school but I have friends that go here, I'm not gonna say any names but i respect her review because it's her right to be happy in a public and educational environment, it's time to be more involved people!
