The worst most unprofessional experience I’ve had thus far. I recently came in on a Sunday and was instructed to wait for a Jason who would be in shortly due to being short staffed at the moment. Which was perfectly fine until Jason the other tax “professional” came in and instructed me to continue to wait on his partner who was clearly with another client. While Jason relaxed at his desk sipping on his smoothie, playing games on his phone. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and rude as there were others along with myself waiting to be seen. Especially since his partner was clearly busy with another client himself. This company should really consider hiring individuals who are aren’t lazy and actually motivated to come in and work!

I go to NTRC every year and have been for the past 10 yrs or so . I never had a problem . They treat me great !
