My fish was literally BLACK on the bottom. I ordered a salad for my wife and it came HOT. It literally felt like they had my SALAD in the warmer. Horrible after working out and needing to eat. First time trying Ruby. Will definitely be my last.

Extremely pricey, especially for such a mundane chili’s or applebee’s-type restaurant. The chicken finger meal’s chicken strips were more like chicken pieces, too small with barely any meat on them to be a regular adult meal. The waitress wasn’t very good either, and the wait was quite long. Definitely wouldn’t return.
Arrived at about 2pm very few people on there. Salad bar was messy, could not figure out why there was cans of the food for the bar was on top of the bar. There was no spinach. Only chopped iceberg. There is a grocery store across the street if you run out. Ordered sliders.. dry and hard as a rock. All I can say is don't go until management is replaced.
I got to Ruby Tuesday at 12:00 noon it was not open I was very disappointed understand covid-19 is out but the restaurant was not open
Very friendly professional service. Tasty burgers and spinach artichoke dip. I really like the bun. My sweet potatoes was delicious. Free refills on flavored lemonades and real winner.
