Quality @ this location have been declining for years now. I had the chopped pork sandwich. Not good. Macaroni and cheese, not good. My service however,was TOP NOTCH!!!; Brianna was AWESOME! And she's only 17!!! Hard to find young people who care about polite and prompt service. The grade is for the food. . My co-worker's rib tips we're dry. Your boy The RIBOLOGIST IS OUT

Horrible... Service was decent... They didn't have half of the items on the menu and the food that was available was cold and nasty... Maybe under new management... Waste of money... My visit was on 3/13/21

Everything was satisfactory ... but I was disappointed because we wanted the rib tips and they were out ... how can you be home of the rib tips with NO rib tips.? On top of that it was kinda early ... also the collard greens were bland and too chopped I prefer A bigger leaf than the small chopped ones , it gives off a can good impression.. the staff there worked together to get the orders out expeditiously... all and all good service but I would have really rather had the rib tips

I wish I could give a negative star rating! We don't eat pork ribs, so I ordered beef ribs. They still gave us pork ribs and refused to fix the order. You can clearly see the difference between beef and pork ribs and I was given pork ribs! People have food allergies and some people haven't eaten certain foods for decades and they could get violently ill eating these foods! The chicken was burnt! Plus the sweet potato souffle was burnt! When I asked them to replace it, they gave me a cup of boiled sweet potato where the skin was peeled but nothing else was done to it. Tried calling the store manager and corporate and not one person called to discuss this issue. Their food is too expensive for consumers to be served disgusting and incorrect foods! I lost a lot of money on this order!!! I would not recommend this restaurant!

I hardly ever give bad reviews.. The customer service was great! However when I'm an awesome soul food cook myself, it's hard to find places that offer that southern comfort soul food... Why do people in Atlanta hype up these soul food restaurants and they don't deserve the hype?? I ordered rib tips today and they were entirely too hard.. I couldn't even swallow the meat.. I chewed and had to spit it out. I wasted over 15 on some food.. I am very dissatisfied. My 2nd time stopping here and I got the same results both times.
