Their chocolates are pretty good, but their staff could do with some more supervision. Each time I've gone there most/all of the staff appears to be high schoolers or young 20s folks. This would be a non-issue, but they're mostly concerned with talking to each other rather than helping customers. Still worth it, but things can take a while.

Love Winfreys!!!! Best chocolate in town!!! Reasonably priced!! Very friendly service. Clean. Wide variety of fudges to choose from. Conveniently located off route 28. With ample parking ..grest place to get a gift!! They will gift wrap upon request.

Been a customer of the store for many many years have spent quite a bit of money here as well, today I stood out in the cold waited for my turn to enter the store once I got in the store and I chose the things that I wanted I asked if I could please have them in a box for Valentine’s Day as they were put in a bag and the chocolates have fallen out of their wrappers and looked Thrown in the bag. The ‘I’m sorry you cannot have a box you did not buy enough’ is completely unacceptable !!the girl then went and asked the manager and the manager also said no I could not have a box for the chocolates I was about to purchase. I would have even paid for the box but that option was not even given to me so I left the things I was going to buy and I am now off to Godiva chocolates where I won’t have any problems.having them wrapped properly. This is not how you treat your customers! they just lost a steady customer that’s been going for over 15 years over a gift box. Poor management. Poor choices.
