Jim was our tour guide today and he did a great job. We thought we would be getting a 10 min explanation of the house but we were wrong. The tour was over an hour and he was very thorough. He gave so much insight into Stonewall and answered any questions we had. Stop in as Jim gives a great tour!

What a fantastic tour the guide told me things about Jackson that I never knew. Very friendly and informative I recommend you take this tour while visiting Winchester. Original rooms with original artifacts. The Home is a Hudson Gothic

Incredible site and incredible tour! Well worth the 5 (per person) price of admission. The roughly 45 minute tour is informative and very interesting. The home has 5 rooms downstairs, 3 rooms upstairs, and is filled with incredible artifacts from the war, from Stonewall’s life, and from the history of the home. A lot of furniture and household items that Stonewall used are in the home which makes it all the more impressive.
