Oh my goodness, what fantastic service. I chose this mail location because it was close to home and had no idea it was a small business, so happy I stopped in. I had one heck of a packaging job to accomplish with an expensive electronic. The two women behind the counter did everything possible to ensure the safety of my item and clearly took a lot of care in doing so. Will absolutely be doing all of my mailing business here from now on. Thank you!!

The management was incredibly kind and helpful, by far the best experience i have ever had at a mail center. Additionally, I was lacking cash on hand and they covered the charge for me! Incredible customer service highly recommend!

Excellent service! My wife and I have been using Stoneybrook Mail Center for years now. The customer service is exceptional, and no matter how busy, the staff always greets you and advises they will be with you shortly. In addition the staff/team will always make recommendations on shipping and packing to meet your needs. Way to go Stoneybrook Mail Center, others should model their customer service after yours! They are super helpful and thoughtful. I've been through so many shipping places where they just want your money and to get to the next person. She asked me what I was sending, and I told her it was a birthday present for my mom and I was nervous about how fragile it was. She talked me through the options and was super lovely. Definitely will be back.

Kindness Matters

Cannot recommend this location due to the poor customer service from the young lady working the desk around 6:30pm on 10-16-2020. Went in to drop off a package to be mailed out FedEx. The young lady was on her phone and seemed annoyed to have to stop what she was doing. She spoke in a short, rude way during the transaction. When asked for a receipt for the transaction she said she scanned it already and had already clicked "don't print receipt". When asked again for a receipt she refused and said (with attitude) there was no way she could print a receipt after the transaction was complete. No offer of a written receipt or anything. No apology. Just attitude. What business refuses to give a receipt? So now we have no proof of the return, no tracking, no recourse, nothing. She also refused to give her name when asked (since the owner was not available to speak with at the time). This was just to be a quick errand on our way home, which turned into an unnecessary hassle and frustration. No thank you. There are plenty of FedEx drop off locations in the area. We will not be returning to this location.

It was less than a week before Christmas. I had to pick up a toy ordered here in Fla and ship to my 4 yr old grand baby in NJ. I went to Target pick up and was surprised it did not come in a box !!!I thought I could find a box at home and take to post office . Thank God I could not ! The service at Stoneybrook Mail Center was phenomenal !! They boxed the fragile toy perfectly and the package arrived ON TIME !!! I honestly could not have done this . I also now know that with the USPS this year , there was a good chance it would not have made it before Christmas !!
