I just completed a1 year rental with Ed and Luis! When I say absolutely professional, I mean it. My rental with them was not long after 'Havoc' Harvey and I was concerned about the area. Ed took the time to give details as to the strategic planning- to their build with Houston flooding in mind. The best and fondest memory I have is when I attempted to reserve on-line. It was approximately 330a. I thought I was calling to leave a message-because what company would answer their phone at that time? Well, I think it was Ed. It was hilarious, I hung up because I got nervous... He called me back like it was 10am... No poor attitude nor nice-nastiness, at all! I was sold. Guys, if you're looking to rent a storage unit ----\u003e\u003e\u003e go to STORAGE AUTHORITY on Walters Rd!!! It's VERY CLEAN!! Those guys know their renters, they call if something looks suspicious and they'll take preventative measures to make certain your items are secure!! I wouldn't hesitate, not one iota, to make them my first thought and choice!! Thanks Ed and Luis --- 5 Jesus is The Yéhovah-God!
We just so happened to be renting a storage the day the owner was there, he personally showed us to our storage and explained the high security they have and how to work the keypad to gain entry. He went above and beyond and was so nice and informative. This place is super clean, safe, and I would recommend this storage facility to anybody. Hands down u won't be disappointed.
Absolutely amazing customer service! We met Ed, the owner, who showed us around the facility. It was spotless, well maintained, and in a great location. I highly recommend Storage Authority if you are looking for a convenient, clean, and inexpensive storage facility!
