Lately they have a rat problem and their required insurance makes it difficult to file a claim. Here it is 8/2/17 and my space is still rat infested and no help from this company except rat poison. My belongings are covered in rat poop and urine. 3/30/18 rat problems ongoing and rent keeps going up.
