Storage Equipment Systems Inc. has been a long-term partner to ensure that we optimization our warehouse pallet positions. During the peak of the COVID-19, they prioritized our project to help increase our daily manufacturing output of prewetted alcohol wipers. Thank you!

We worked with Storage Equipment Systems for 9 months to outfit our new factory with shelving. They came out and appeared to listen but then there would be no follow up. Called the owner and he was nice but again, no follow through. I requested a carousel for our parts and they would not quote because in “their opinion” knew more than us of what we needed. 1. Did not send drawings of what the storage place would look like. Everything was discussed but no drawings provided until a month before delivery when I insisted because I didn’t know what we were getting. 2. Repeatedly told me they knew better than me about my storage needs. We run a high end audio company unlike anything they have ever dealt with. Their choices were wrong. All my small parts are in drawers and not easy to access or find out what is out of stock. I told them I didn’t think it was a good solution for us. Jeff told me I didn’t know better. 3. The installation was ok but my drawers don’t line up to our shelves. This leaves an unaccessible 6” space for parts to fall into. Truly a bad design. 4. No shelving options were presented. When our shelves arrived, we were all disappointed. Then they wanted to charge us an up charge and we would have to unload and repack our shelves. All of our metal is heavy and it was unnecessary. plus it would take more time to deliver the new shelves. Truly, a terrible company to work with. We persisted because we had invested so much time. Starting with another company would have put our factory months behind.
