Avoid this place, and definitely do not use the website to order a unit, since everything on the website is deceptive. There is no contactless move in, even though it is advertised. You will not receive an entry code online, so you are required to go in and deal with them trying to figure out how to find your rental. They use proprietary locks and you can not provide your own, contrary to what is advertised on the website. Additionally, staff do not wear masks.

I went today to get another storage unit here at Life Storage, I had the pleasure of meeting Denise today, she was very helpful and very efficient with helping me get another unit. She was very informative and showed me all the available units on the 3rd floor closest to the other unit I have. She had a great attitude and was awesome to work with. Thanks for a great experience!
I am very pleased with my experience here at Life Storage so far! Everything is so nice and clean and well kept up with. The facility is also very secure and i absolutely love that about it! Mandy was so sweet, nice, and very helpful. She was also very knowledgeable of the merchandise they have to offer in office, as well as the best unit that would fit my needs. She was also able to answer all of my questions and help me out a lot. I would definitely recommend for you to come see Mandy if you are looking for a storage unit at a great price!
