I have had a storage unit off and on at the Richland Hills location for several years. The facility is so clean and in fact, I was there today. When the elevator stopped on my floor and the door opened I smelled a pine cleaning fluid. A very friendly diligent woman was cleaning the roll up doors of every single unit. I was so impressed. The manager, Stephanie, is very professional and helpful. I had a minor payment glitch recently and she handled it quickly and efficiently. She even called me back, on her day off, to assure me that the process had been completed. I highly recommend this facility.

I was moving from North Richland hills to Dallas and I needed somewhere to put some things. Originally I was just planning to have these items in storage for 3 months, but I got really busy. I was planning to stop by every weekend and pick up some things from storage to empty it out, but I got busy doing other things. So it took me almost a year to empty out that storage unit. Staff are always very helpful and friendly. I literally never had a single bad experience with them. I wish there was a way to set it up where you could basically prorate the first few days you were there, and then renew your storage on the 1st of each month. I like all my bills to be paid on the 1st of each month. So by clearing out my storage unit, and putting my things in a smaller storage unit closer to where I live, I'm saving myself some funds. The storage unit I'm going to is about 85 a month. It is 5x10 instead of 10x10 period with you all I had a 10x10. but I've given away or cleared out or thrown away so much stuff that I don't really need a 10x10 anymore.
Storage Sense Richland Hills is the best storage facility I've ever used! Been here for over 5 years and Stephanie is an excellent manager! We had to scale down from two units to one and she went above and beyond to work with me and give me more time to complete the transition! I highly recommend this location!!
I recently received emails that my credit card date was expiring and somehow did not correct the information since I have always been on autopay. When I received information that a late fee was added to my bill I called to see what had happened. Both Stephanie and her assistant emailed and worked with me to see that I was taken care of. They both went out of their way to help me and since I have been a customer for a long time and have always paid on time they were able to have the fee waved. Thank you to two kind, competent and hard working employees. Great customer service Storage Sense!!
