I am very pleased with my experience here. The customer service has been absolutely amazing which is what sold me. The driveways are very clean and so was the unit. I would recommend this storage place to anyone looking in Augusta

I feel safe keepin my belongings here with them having a police station here and the staff was very nice and made me feel welcome unlike the first place I went to so I appreciate that. I will recommend them

Drove 6 hours to pickup a truck only to be told our truck wasn't available. I understand that things can happen, but they were unwilling to do anything to make this right and essentially left us hanging to figure this out on our own.

Drove 6 hours to receive a loading truck from this location, got there and was told they didn't have the truck we set a reservation for. Pretty disappointing.
