It's not to awful... no really they do deserve better than that... whenever I've had reason to deal with any of the staff of Storage West, including the phone center, nothing but helpful. Unlike some other storage places around town. rent there before and will again if needed.
So far it's fantastic. It was the only company that was completely forthright with us and the price was better than competitive. The man working the front office was patient, kind, knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions.
I have had a great experience storing my excess belongings at this location for almost a year. The employees are friendly and work with you to set up a payment due date that best fits your schedule. The facility is clean. I'm confident my stuff is safe and secure. The only drawback I have found is there are no restrooms available at the times when the office is closed.
