John, manager at StorageMart, has been one of the best to work with. He is very considerate of needs for storage and has gone above and beyond to assist with any requests that I have had. He is helpful, thorough, provides great follow through & feedback, understanding of my concerns and his customer service and willingness to help is beyond extraordinary. I rented from StorageMart before John was onsite and truly feel that there is a significant change as a customer that I was not present before. I have been very pleased and happy to have someone as dependable and reliable as he has been that has made any issue something to tackle and fix right away. He has made life easier and a little more stress-free, Thank you. Will recommend StorageMart to anyone because of John.

I came in to the Gardner location with My son-in-law, and he rented a unit this past weekend. the manager John was beyond a pleasure. We had a awesome conversation and he was a joy to talk with, he answered all questions that arose. He asked that I leave a review. We would recommend this location to anyone.
Safe, clean storage facility and well lite. Ultra professional and caring service for all my storage needs from Stacy and other StrageMart staff. It was a real comfort to know that my beloved items were well protected through the years and to know, without a doubt, that when I might need another unit at StorageMart, they will be there for me . Amazing customer service. Very friendly. Very clean. Was going through a hard time financially during covid and they were able to work with me on my payments to make sure that I wouldn’t lose my storage but could still keep a roof over my head and food in my babies bellies! Would 100% recommend!!
