I was here recently working as a contractor, and dealt with a man named Frank Vincent who claimed to be the property manager. I've been in the industry for years, and he was by far the rudest customer I have ever dealt with in my life, and generally seemed like a horrible and unhappy person. I gave him unfortunate news about an issue with an appliance, and he simply went off on me. He berated myself and my coworker like we were nothing, screaming that I don't know what I'm doing and how he is going to call my managers to try and get me into trouble. I know there are usually two sides to every story, but trust me when I say that he is a complete tool and I really hope that the other staff is not like him. I informed my industry contacts to refuse service to this location in the future, it's simply not worth it. I gave them two stars because the units did look pretty nice, just feel them out first and definitely don't deal with Frank.
