These are probably the best people in the business to deal with. I bought a wee little E170 lawn tractor but you’d think I bought a 500k piece of farm equipment from the way they treated my wife and I! We had an issue with our newly delivered tractor within a few hours. They dispatched a field service tech the next morning. There was some kind of defect in the engine, so they replaced the entire tractor within 2 days, without hesitation. Received several phone calls from the service manager, sales representative, and I believe the general manager, all of whom apologized profusely! I didn’t think anyone took customer satisfaction seriously anymore, but these folks do! So far, I have 8.2 hours on my E170 and I’m LOVING IT! Stotz Equipment now has a customer for LIFE!! You guys are AWESOME!! Keep up the good work, guys!
