Love Dr. Greiner. My eyes are healthiest they’ve been in 10 years. They were so dry and hurt, previously. I travel an hour each way to see her. It’s also great that they utilize my medical insurance and keep my costs, out of pocket, minimal for me. I recommend highly. If I had to give one con, I’d say it’s that appointments typically are behind schedule and are so thorough it’s a bit time consuming. Pick your hard though, I say.

I wanted to thank Amy in billing for helping me get reimbursed from my insurance agency. She worked for the last 6 months with insurance even after i was starting to believe i wouldn't get my money back. NEOES has not only given me my sight back from Keratoconus but has also made each visit something i look forward to.
If I could, I'd give it a 10. I had cataracts removed both eyes July & Aug. No problems. Every person that I encountered during my office visits were caring, efficient, friendly, & helpful.
Multiple problems with scheduled appointments being changed last minute. Multiple problems getting my prescriptions. A few months after lasik I’m having vision issues, primarily eye doctor says I need prescription. These guys say I don’t and tell me I can see fine. Still can’t see correctly in one eye. Still wearing glasses after lasik.
Dr. Esparaz has a great bedside manner and she and her team were so thorough. Her entire office staff was kind and accommodating to me and my three children during my visit. I highly recommend Dr. Esparaz and her team. Thanks for a great experience!
