Great job on my baby pup with his first grooming session. I was worried at first just because \duck\ loves water but hates baths at home. Nicole really reassured me that he'll be just fine with her, it just might take a little more time. Well apparently he did awesome with her and his fur is now as soft as a baby bunny. He also smells INCREDIBLE!

After checking Petcos Website it stated treats that my Rabbit adores were in stock & in store but...not so. After walking around the store several times( not 1 Employee asked if I needed help) I asked a Sales Clerk and showed him the picture on Petcos site of what I wanted. Empty shelves so maybe they ran out??? I rated LOW due to Employee lack of Customer service ( I work Retail so I know how important it is).
A plethora of pet pampering!!! Incredible selection. Moderately but worth it! Employees are friendly and helpful. Recently, I purchased a tube of hairball remedy for my lady cat...MAPLE-FLAVORED!! It was around 15. I could just as easily grabbed a cheaper, random remedy at Walmart but I'm SURE it wouldn't have been as good! All three of my cats LOVED the flavor when they sampled it on New Yrs Eve...I figured they deserved a special treat...So far, I'm loving 2021, and of course, Petco!!!
Item I needed was in stocks, price reasonable with Petco discount applied. Checkout quick. Staff all m wearing masks & practicing social distancing appropriately.
Edited: This is a good place. Convenient. I get my litter refills here and it's very cost effective not to mention cuts down on waste. It's pricey otherwise, but there are sales. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Not to mention you can bring your pets, or course. * 6/22/19 Booked for my Pomeranian; first time using the grooming service. Cara was wonderful-start to finish. Warm greetings, answered each and every question carefully, made sure she knew exactly what we wanted for our boy, and delivered, on time. My first ever experience with a groomer; my boy looks like a rock star, and I am more than pleased. *Before pic added.
