Been in the business over three years and we started with a 12' trailer. We came to Stradabella to have this 20' beauty of a trailer built, 24' w/tong. Top notch quality and excellent craftsmanship. Patrick and his team down at Stradabella really went above and beyond with this build. Brand new top of the line equipment. She is roomy, functional, and beautiful, with plenty of storage space, which has allowed us to increase sales fifty percent so far, allowed us to service more quests in a shorter amount of time, and gave us more than three times the capacity for product. A huge thank you to Patrick and his crew down at Stradabella we are definitely very satisfied customers!

Great fish and shrimp tacos. Ingredients were fresh. Batter was perfect, good seasoning(the oregano adds a nice touch). Fried nicely, not greasy. And very reasonably priced.
