I was able to get an appointment very quickly. They moved the time, due to cancellations because of icy roads, and arrived early. Technician Taylor was very knowledgeable and pleasant with his manner. He diagnosed the problem, and made the repairs ( he had the springs on his truck). He completed the job quickly and efficiently. The price was reasonable. Highly recommend The Garage Guy.

We had a installer named Taylor who has to be one of the best in the business. This man had our 16 ft wide garage taken down, tracks included, laid out the new tracks, installed everything and cleaned up his work area in a matter of 2 - 2 1/2 hours at best! Amazing! Not only did he do an outstanding job installing the new garage door he gave me some tips on how to do maintenance on it, along with a few products to help maintain the door. Very professional and personable too. 5 stars is too low!

We were using a big company in Springfield. Garage Door Guy insulated our garage door for less than half of what we would have paid with who we were using. Garage Door Guy did an incredible job at less than half the cost. I had the belt go out on my garage door opener a couple of days ago. I set up an appointment and just like nothing Garage Door Guy got me going again. They inspected everything and lubricated everything so my garage door opener is quite and will last. I highly recommend the guys. I am a customer for life now.

My tech was very knowledgeable and communicated clearly. He gave me the price up front before he did any work- love that! He did a thorough inspection and noticed that the springs were incorrect for the weight of my door. After he changed them out, the door was so easy to open. Awesome company!
