Initial service was great. However, I have been trying repeatedly to get in touch with the principle to finalize a financial plan that I paid for in full and also wanted to purchase DI coverage; sent multiple emails, text messages, voicemails over that past 4 months with no reply. Wondering if the business is still active? I don't see any rating with BBB but will check further.
