HORRIBLE. I ordered my mom's headstone on Nov. 2, 2016 and it is still not placed as of Jan. 9, 2018! It has been an awful ordeal with numerous failures to meet commitments on their side. The initial estimate for placing the stone was April - Jun 2017. I had to give their designer several rounds of very specific instructions to get the design to look nice. That was finalized on March 27, 2017. Then they had a difficult time reaching the cemetery caretaker to set the foundation (ok not their fault but they didn't stay on top of it to move the process along quickly either). The foundation was finally set at the end of August 2017. It's only supposed to be about two more weeks from there, but they decided to delay my carving because they wanted to finish up other stones in the area, so it would be around the end of October 2017. Then when they were finally ready to carve the stone they discovered they'd lost, yes, LOST it. They rushed another one in and ultimately committed to set the stone on Dec. 22, 2017. I went to visit my hometown that weekend with a Christmas arrangement (the kind that sits on the top of the stone) and there was no stone. I left two messages that week and they didn't call me back until Jan 2. All they will offer me is the last name (4 measly letters) on the back of the stone for free. This comes to less than a 5% discount. They have a lot of good reviews on their website but it's easy to get good reviews when things go well. It's how a company deals with problems that matters, and this company has failed epically. They don't care and don't take responsibility, claim they don't give refunds beaus they only provide estimated timeframes. Clearly have no appreciation for the fact that they are supposed to be providing a service to people who are already in mourning, and have significantly extended and worsened this process for me.
