This particular location is always prompt and correct with my order, polite and courteous, and very welcoming as well as the coffee is always good and hot. I haven't had a bad cup of coffee. By far this in one of my favorite locations.

Bagel quality getting worse / burnt / less cream cheese. Now a price increase on barely passable bagels to begin with the last few months. Nice people, but Dunkin's pushing it, not going there again.
I had a bit of time to kill before work and decided that a quick breakfast was a good idea. The drive through line was long, but the workers got everyone their orders very quickly and it moved faster than I was expecting. I think there was something wrong with my order (wrong size drink) but it was fixed before handed through to me.
Lets all admit we all enjoy Dukkin Donuts! BUT at the Streetsboro location customer service is not good at all. My family and I on 2 seperate occasions in the last week we went @ 8:30 pm and they told us that everything was down and we were only able to get hot chocolate. I wanted cappuccino and they continued to say they were out of espresso beans!! As a customer I would just suggest hiring people that aren't still in high school and that actually want to work!
Can in on my lunch break. The girl at the counter took her mask off talking across the room at other workers. Same one was walking around cleaning with her mask down. It looks to big if that is the case get a new one.
