Mike Mansour was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing my 2020 Kia Forte. I had interacted with a few sales people at the dealership prior to Mike, but none were as personable or as willing to help out as he was. My mom and I easily spent 5 hours at the dealership debating between a few different vehicles, doing test drives, asking to see numbers for different scenarios and Mike worked with us with the same friendly attitude the entire way. He was even able to contact the previous owner of the vehicle for the all weather car mats. He definitely went the extra mile for us. All in all a good car buying experience, and much of that was thanks to Mike!
