Do not order a POD unless you are located in the center of a concrete football field because, their lazy drivers will find any excuse not to do their job!! Ordered on 2 separate occasions, both times, different excuses, refused to deliver. The storage container is supposed to be a foot note, not the challenge. What a waste of valuable time. I’ll take my business account to a more business friendly company.

A little pricy I felt, but quality work, and very convenient to load it up and have it hauled away, and brought back at the appointed time! Whenever I called and needed a representative they were helpful and efficient. Would highly recommend, and definitely use again.

We had a fantastic experience using PODS! Their customer service team made everything easy. We closed out our POD at the Streetsboro, Ohio location - Tim was friendly and helpful - he made it a wonderful experience. We will suggest PODS to friends & family in the future!

This place has been nothing but a headache since day one! For starters when we were moving from Florida 12-3pm our pod was picked up at 9am why did we even set up a time for a pick up? When we tried to get a refund for the inconvenience since we didn’t finish packing and had to leave our stuff behind since we had no way to transport it. They told us they’d give us 20 after we spent already 4000 and we got the 7x7 pod size this is insane! We moved from just Florida to Ohio and it’s been the worst experience and we only get 5 hours to get our things from the pod since they can’t drop it anywhere for us which is insane time crunch since the place is 45 min away from us already! I will never use this service again they made it seem like everything is our fault even tho we scheduled everything with them and I feel like they use my items as hostage at this point since it’s almost impossible to get them! As well as don’t understand why the facility is open to 10pm but access to your pod is only to 2pm on the weekends when normally people are off what a terrible policy. Stay far away from pods when you move guys!

As a first time PODS customer undertaking an out of state move, I was a little nervous and apprehensive about the process. I was thoroughly impressed, however, with every aspect of my experience with PODs. I quickly discovered that PODs is a company that employs professionals who care about the customer. In my experience, that is a rare thing in this day and age! Everyone I spoke with was helpful and provided accurate information. They did everything they said they were going to do - right on time and schedule. I would especially like to thank Tim at the Streetsboro location. He took my call regarding my delivery and went out of his way to help me, even getting my container to me a little earlier than expected. You get truly top-notch communication and service with PODs, right from the beginning to the end. When I opened the door of my container, everything was perfectly in place, just as I had packed it. PODs made my move as easy as could be, and I am very grateful!
