Louis was easy to get in touch with, communicate with, was transparent and fair with pricing, turn-around time, and performed excellent quality work. He did one racquet restringing, added an overgrip to another racquet, provided shock absorbers and sold me one of his other racquets. He's also generous and loves to support tennis play. He conducts business in a friendly, professional, and expedient way. Hands down all my business and friends' business goes to Louis these days!
