Fantastic service. They showed up on time , gave us a demo of how to use the stroller, and were very patient with us. Drop off was easy as we were able to just drop off to our hotel concierge and text the info. Very responsive to calls/texts. Will definitely use again when in the area.
I happened to find Strollaway just by a google search and I’m so glad I did. Communication with them was prompt and efficient. Having them drop off the stroller and pick it up at the hotel made this part of organizing my trip so much easier. Stroller was in excellent shape and just what we needed. I would definitely use them again without hesitation.
What a fantastic service! We rented a jogging stroller for a few days while in Miami Beach. It was delivered to our hotel within an hour and we were off and running! I was so happy to have this service available to take advantage of the area and get some exercise in while traveling with my baby. Thank you Strollaway, we will definitely use you again when in Miami!
This place is a Godsend.... we forgot our stroller and contacted called them and left a message. They called back immediately and delivered the stroller to the restaurant where we were eating. (Before our meal was over!!) ... very friendly and great follow-up!!
