I took my electric guitar to this place a few weeks back. I asked before droping it off if i could have the jack on it replaced and was told that it could be done. I asked if it could be done by the next week and was told that they could try. I waited 2 weeks and still didnt get a call back. I called Saturday and asked if i could just pick it up and was told that it wasnt even started yet. I now pick it up and find all the strings unattached and the pick guard unscrewed with no screws in the case. Im very unhappy with the way it was handled. I have no idea what was done to it and still need the hack fixed
