Having Mackey Photo do our photography for our wedding was by far the best choice we made when it came to narrowing down our options. Peter was absolutely amazing, quick with responding to us and quick with answering any questions we had. He worked with us through the whole thing. We had Roger as our actual photographer for our ceremony and he was wonderful! He really knew what moments to capture and from what angles. Everyone that I show the photos to say you had an amazing photographer and he knew what he was doing! We received our photos a lot quicker then we expected and they were all wonderful! When we need photos done again we will be contacting Mackey Photo!!!

Finding the perfect wedding photographer is difficult, but let me encourage to end your search here. Pete has such a great sense of humor but is also friendly, courteous and simply amazing!! Our pictures are something we will love forever, his ability to work with the setting and lighting to create a breathtaking image is astounding to me. He is great at creating the perfect images to fit your unique style and personality while effortlessly dealing with family and friends. He was worth every single penny we spent, highly recommended.
My husband and I cannot even begin to express how grateful we are to have found Pete! He is so incredibly talented it’s insane! We felt a connection with Pete right off the bat. It’s like we knew him for years. He is so personable and such a great guy! His passion for his work is so admirable and you can tell how much he truly cares about his clients. We felt it from day one. He goes above and beyond to create the most magical shots and his perfection to detail is impeccable! My husband and I had to make the difficult decision of postponing our big wedding celebration until May 2021 but still wanted to get married on our original date with a small intimate ceremony. Pete was so supportive and accommodating and offered so many beautiful words of encouragement. He made sure to capture each and every moment of our special day. Dude is AWESOME! But really, Pete is incredibly talented and definitely where he belongs. The first time we met Pete, we went up to his studio, sat down on a comfy couch and he talked to me and my fiancé like we were friends catching up. He asked us how we met and what we like to do for fun. His excitement and genuine personality let us know right away that we wanted him to video our wedding. He has great attention to detail and is willing to go the extra mile. On the day of the wedding, one of our groomsmen said to Pete, “DUDE, I am LOVING your energy!”. That explains how we all felt about him. He even offered some advice to the bride and groom, making us feel more comfortable before we stepped out and got married. Pete helped make our wedding a great experience and we are excited to see our wedding video from his point of view.
I am so grateful to have worked with Pete Mackey and his team as videographers for my wedding. From my introductory call with Pete through delivery of the raw footage, I knew I was in good hands. When I called Pete, I was stressed out from troubleshooting lost vendors, and Pete not only put me at ease but walked me through the process, step by step. He did not push. He did not upsell. He was just helpful and direct and clear in his communication. His pricing was completely transparent - and he was willing to work with us when our budget fluctuated. While we ended up only using his videography services due to our budget, I knew I didn't have to worry about anything video related because Pete was on top of it. The video we got was even better than I'd hoped for -- and he even sent a thank you card with the raw footage. I am so, so grateful to have worked with him, and I can't recommend him enough. A consummate professional.
