This place is exceptional! Our community highly recommended Pocono Pool and Spa for our Hot Tub, and we cannot boast enough about the wonderful service! I really appreciated that Mike responded almost immediately via Google text when I first entered an inquiry! After speaking with him, we were able to secure a great tub. Kristin, was just awesome! I must have called weekly for expected delivery updates, and she was so sweet & kind and extremely helpful. They were prompt to respond. Even with a 1-2 week unexpected vendor delay due to weather, they kept all of us in the loop, and was so impressed with how quickly they were to get the hot tub delivered. Mike personally met up with my husband to review all operational details after we got the electric hookup and tub filled and was so helpful!! Thank you all so much for making our first hot tub purchase such a great experience! We look forward to working with you for all our upcoming hot tub needs!

Fantastic service and delivery and everything else! We just got our Hot Springs Envoy and boy is it a life changer! Pocono Pool & Spa was great to deal with in every aspect; there were some delays due to Covid, but we were kept updated and informed the entire time and it was worth the slight wait.

Awful. Broke my spa’s circulation pump on a simple drain and full. Waiting 10 days now for a response from HQ. Calling every day and leaving a message for Holly. No response, day after day, Finally get in touch and she gives me the same info the tech gave me 10 days ago: warranty might not cover the pump they broke when improperly filling and thus air locking the pump. They want me to cover the 265 cost of the pump. If it takes 10 days to get someone on the phone, who knows how long it’ll take to order and the install. Winter is approaching and temps are dropping into the 30s. Soon we’ll have exploding plumbing in the spa and many thousands of dollars in repairs. Brilliant. Please don’t use these guys if you like having an operational pool.
