Fantastic service! Benny and Tim did an excellent job quickly addressing our many electrical concerns. They went above and beyond normal service standards. They were so understanding when I was running late from work, and then very kind and professional while working. Kept me informed of what was needed and transparent with pricing - offered tips on saving money. They even changed a light bulb simply because they noticed it was out and wanted to be kind. Stellar service!

It’s a late post but these guys are great. Benny and Tim came out as soon as they could and did the job right then and there. Courtesy and professional. I had multiple things done to the home and at a reasonable price. This company will be the only company I will use and refer people to.

Had two guys come over for an estimate which went very well, however, when reviewing the estimate I noticed a 69 dispatch fee. I called to inquire why I would pay to have someone dispatched to my house, when I am paying for the work to be done. I received no answer other than they are unwilling to waive it, which is funny as the estimate says \Straight Forward Pricing.\ This appears to be a way to get you to pay for a \free estimate\ once you decide to move forward. Very nit-picky and rubbed me the wrong way. So they lost 1,900 worth of work over a 69 fee.
Benny and Tim showed up on time, after calling to inform me they were en route. The work was done in a timely manner despite some lousy weather they had to endure. In addition, they cleaned up after themselves, and took time to explain the work and the related charges appearing on the invoice. I would definitely use Electrical Connections again, and I would ask for Benny & Tim by name.
