I'm done with this place. I stopped in just now and stood at the counter for 5 minutes while employee after employee walked right in front of me, not even acknowledging that I was there. I was the ONLY one there, so it's not like they were busy. Add this to the list of the rude manager, and I've had enough. I'll be calling all other rental locations to share my story so that they can stop doing business with this location as well.
