What an amazing spot! I have captured some of my best selling images here over the years! On the east side its a beautiful beach scene laden with stunning coral rock formations that are literally out of this world. On the west side there an extremely photogenic pier set withing the backdrop of the inter coastal waterway!

Small museum. I went slowly and spent only a half hour here. Self-guided. It's got a nice history of being the oldest house in the county and functioning as a refuge house for shipwrecked sailors and others. The little blurb describing the museum on Google is completely wrong. Nothing to do with inventors and entrepreneurs. That might be describing the sister museum.

Very interesting and great displays. The volunteers that do the tours are knowledgeable and fun to talk to.
