The front desk doesn't care about the patient, just the money. They are trying to charge me for a televisit that wouldn't go through because I didn't have cell reception. Now they won't see me until I pay for a call that didn't come through??? Now out of meds, but not their issue unless I pay.

The therapist I was assigned was amazing. What's was not amazing was the administrative process. The receptionist is so rude, I am truly baffled on why they have her in that role. I have called before for an emergency appointment and she indictated that my therapist didn't have any opening for a few weeks. I asked if she could double check because it was urgent. She said she would contact the therapist and call me back. I never got a call back. Finally after not hearing from anybody for the next two weeks I sought out other treatment, but gosh what if this was a life or death issue. They are dealing with people with all sorts of things going on in their life and I would think that in her role in particular that a little more empathy would make a bigger difference. additionally while sitting in the waiting room for each of my appointments they would individually call everybody up for their copays and they could get quite rude when there was a payment issue. Again empathy would be great. They're on the spot with collecting their money however then they make you wait for your appointments and cut it short at 30 minutes and 45 minutes to get as many people in as they can. I would not recommend this company. In fact, after seeing how they treat clients, I think any therapist worth their salt probably doesn't stay long here.

The staff in the St. Lucie West office are terrible when it comes to having important prescriptions filled. It has taken me multiple phone calls and 3 days to finally get my daily prescription filled. I've never had to deal with something so horrible. Definitely do not recommend this mental health facility because obviously the patients mental health is unimportant.

Even giving just one star is too much. I’ve been seeing a psychiatrist since I was a child and this office by far has been the worst one I’ve experienced! They do NOT care about you or what is in your best interest. They don’t listen to what you have to say nothing.. 0/10 would NOT recommend to anyone! EDIT: nothing changed they still do NOT care about the patients LITERALLY THE WORST OFFICE I’ve ever experienced stay as far away as possible.. new horizons is better than this office!
