I called for a broken water pump. The pump was running non stop. The receptionist was rude and told me it’s supposed to run. Well the pump broke and when the man came out he told me I needed a new tank and pump. By the time it was all done I was charged over 1,400. It turns out I only needed a new motor. The owner called s and argued with me for an hour contradicting why he put in a new tank. It’s been 5 years now and I’ve paid 1,000 for that job. I’ve since moved and they still send me bills to my new address. They’re rude and take advantage of you if you’re not familiar with the process.

Daniel arrived early and restored our water back by replacing the pump and fixing the check valve. He also recommended some other fixes that would improve water pressure that we look forward to in the near future. We are very grateful the issue was fixed quickly and professionally. The best water company in the area! The long list of my family's water problems includes the water softener, RO installation, broken sprinkler heads, and a tank replacement! The technician who handled it all was so polite and competent in handling/fixing what we needed. No more problems, just clean and working water.

At 7:30 PM on Wednesday 3rd of July 2019 we lost water pressure, thus on the 4th it was pool showers I called over my neighbor (commercial pump guy) he took a look and said look like I needed a new pump and he recommend St. Lucie Pump, this being the 4th I checked with the boss and she was OK to with throwing the kids in the pool for another day. We both did not want to miss the pool party our friends were having for the holiday. At the party I was telling the guys about my pump issues and guess whose name came up again, St. Lucie Pump and Water Supply. On Friday morning after our swim (bath), I called the office number and Daniel was on call. He came over after the job he was in the middle of when I called, fitting me in before he went to work on another client who had been down since last Friday. Daniel did his diagnostics to see if it would be a quick fix like the capacitor, but no such luck the motor (5 years) was cooked. Daniel gave me an estimate for the repair and asked if it was OK to check back with me later as he was going to the client who had been down a week. At 7:00 PM Daniel called backed stating its taking longer than expected and he world be late getting to me. I told him we were fine the boss and the kids were willing to wait till Saturday - I used the pool water to fill all the toilets as needed, then went for a night swim. Daniel was there early Saturday morning with a new motor and he explained to me every step of the job. 2 - 3 hours later new motor installed and pressure in the showers were now at 70 PSI vs 45. I am a fan of this company / Daniel and thankful for the better that YouTube education session of how to replace your pump motor. Nice Job Guys.
