First, the staff are nice people, congenial and likable. But. The service leaves a lot to be desired. They had my Polaris for a month, for a repair that should've taken a couple days. They blamed \delays in ordering and delivery of parts\, but told me twice that the pay was due in \The next business day\. Finally, I had to call them every time for an updated status, as they didn't call me. Even when it was ready, I wouldn't have known if I hadn't called.
