If it is possible to post negative stars I would. Like many of the other posts this company is an absolute scam. My event did take place without fans, the announcement was made in May. Event happened in June. Initially stubhub told me to wait until 2 weeks after the event for my refund. Now it has been 4 weeks and they are saying they don't even know when the event status will be changed so they can process refunds. How long does it take to change the status of an event that happened one month ago? This is a total disgrace! Holding on to people's funds and asking them to read the small print.

Worst experience EVER!!!!! My event was cancelled 1 month ago when the city said they would not be allowing events to occur with spectators in attendance, and as of today, I am still waiting for the \System\ to update the status of the event to cancelled. Originally told from the CSR that it should take 7-10 days to have the system update...I am now on day 22 and the system does not show the event as being cancelled.
The company StubHub is a scam. Not only do they have terrible customer service. Delivery dates for international trip tickets will change on you and they will do nothing about it leaving you in the wrong location for delivery. On top of that let’s be real if it wasn’t for Companies like StubHub scalpers would have to go back to the streets and we could all go back to getting tickets for a reasonable price online before the scalpers got them all
Fraudulent company -- do not buy tickets through StubHub. I bought tickets to an event that was cancelled. I've requested a refund multiple times over the course of a month and they refuse to return the money they owe. Sadly, I'm not the only consumer who has been a victim of their fraud, as they have now attempted to retroactively discontinue their bogus \FanProtect\ guarantee for me and millions of other customers. What's more, their customer service team is so disorganized that they can't even align on the reason they haven't paid my refund. One time, they even had the audacity to represent that they were unaware the concert had been cancelled and said I was the first to let them know...this is for one of the largest summer concert tours in the country. One of the most disgraceful acts I've witnessed by an organization in the wake of the COVID crisis.
StubHub change their policy from giving refunds to giving coupons and they still won't even give that. Every customer service agent on the phone is unhelpful. You get further talking to rocks. I cant wait for this class action lawsuit.
