I would give 0 star if I can, very dishonest owner. Theres undisclosed prices they asked for later. It adds up from asked prices, not happy. I don’t recommend this place at all. I’m skeptical about rating that they have. Very disappointing . You want me to open my identity? I’m Tina you’ve said shipping cost was included in the price from the beginning. You’ve quoted me double shipping price so I’ve gave you a credit card number even though you’ve agreed to pay for shipping from the first place. And than 30 minutes later you paid half of the shipping cost but yet, you’ve still charged me. You said you’ll give me refund and you never did. That’s being dishonest I’m very disappointed about your actions.
I came here today to take some passport photos because I need to get my passport renewed. It costs 20 for 4 photos, which I think is a great deal because they also do a touch up on your photo which made it look great! I was not charged extra for the photo touch up like the other reviewer said. I'm not sure if they went to the same place because the lady that helped me and took my pictures was very kind and helpful. I love my photos! Way better than getting your picture taken at the passport place :) Will be recommending my friends to come here! Thanks so much Jenny!!
I usually come here for my passport photos. Very fast and convenient! The lady who takes my photos is professional, but personable.
If there is ZERO star, i would like to give that, i was very disappointed this store. The price of passport picture is 20 and they offer a photoshop service to revise the picture looking better then you need to pay 10 more. However, their skill for revising level is very low and it makes picture look worst. i don't get it... also the service for customer was very disrespectful...
