Extremely rude on the phone when asking the contact information so that I could make a call to the Owner. The person on the phone want to know what for. I stated my intentions of wanting to meet or have a conference call. He then asks what for? I mentioned thag I wanted to make a proposal or enquire on a partnership. He said that the owner,\ wouldnt do that.\ Annoyed at this point I ask how would he know? And then proceeds to hang up on me. I have to say, some people are so rude.

Great company! Very easy to work with. He stayed open for me on Veteran's Day so I could get a last minute rental and still gave me a great rate. I will definitely use them anytime I have backline rental needs.
