Criminals!!! They kept my money!!! I returned rigid blower, that didn't work when i received it through Amazon. New in a box. Opened it, put newly charged battery in and nothing happened. I tried all 4 of my charged batteries and nothing. Emailed them and wanted a exchange but they really didn't want to return it until i spoke to Amazon. After I'm finally able to send it back and they received it they told me it was my fault and won't give me a refund of the full amount. Amazon wouldn't even help me because they are a 3rd party dealer. Dont trust them! Bad customer service.
