Normally Five Stars but this year, due to flooding, Sunset Beach Park Lane is half under water. I like to walk the dog on the Sensiba trail but it was too difficult for me to cross over the flooded road. I tried to park at the boat launch parking lot but it was packed, as expected, so I had to use the Overflow Parking Lot. Not really a problem. What with all the rain lately the water levels in the area are up.

This is a great place to enjoy nature without driving far from Green Bay. It has trails that feature a lot of wetland and marsh featuring tons of red wing black birds and geese. Sometimes you can walk across the breakwater, but it is very rocky and not a clear path. If the water is high, sometimes it is impassable. Other parts of the trails are underwater most of the year. It doesn't ruin the walk and the scenery, but sometimes you may have to turn back or find alternative routes.

Very pretty, limited trails but well maintained. Was a nice break from the world!

Nice easy loop for hiking and birdwatching. They allow dogs and bikes. Great on sunny days.
