Incredible experience, incredible vehicles! Ask for Cory!! I showed up without a real clue of what I was looking for. I knew I needed a vehicle with four wheels and preferably with four doors. Cory came out and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. He was able to guide me to the perfect vehicle for my situation, and for that I am incredibly grateful! On top of a very pleasant sales experience, the vehicles themselves were more than I was anticipating. Subaru has the reputation it does for a reason. Each of the vehicles I drove was a testament to that brand. I am beyond impressed with my new Outback!

This Fort Walton Beach Subaru Dealership hit a Grand Slam! Of all the cars I've purchased over the past 30 years, this Subaru Outback was by far the most positive. My salesman - Casey Holt - was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked his tail off to gain my business. Other Subaru dealers within 300 miles tried, but could not close the deal. Casey - you get a 10! Yet their new Service Director - Jeff Henson (unusual from my service experience at any auto dealer) reinforced his management's support and continued commitment to my satisfaction over the long term. He took over 30 minutes of his time to explain to me just why this dealership is so good. Jeff - you too get a 10! Yet each person I dealt with was part of a very effective team including Sales, Admin, Marketing, Finance, and Service. Fort Walton Beach Subaru showed me an effective business culture of competence, cooperation, and customer satisfaction throughout all divisions. Casey Holt in Sales, Pat Fullen in ECommerce, Brant Tucker and Eric Rieger in Finance, and Service Director Jeff Henson and Technician Charley Morse each demonstrated a cut above. Even Sarah in Team Support (who picked me up and drove me back when I turned in my one-way rental) also impressed me. Bottom Line: I was delighted to have bought my Subaru Outback here.

What a positive experience this was! By far the best dealership I’ve been to. Our salesman Cory was fantastic and helpful and knowledgeable and we felt no pressure from him at any point during our visit. He was able to get me into the car I wanted at a very fair price. The facility was nice and the rest of the staff was very pleasant. I felt very comfortable the entire time I spent here today and didn’t realize buying a car could be stress free until today. We just brought a Subaru 2021 assent from Casey and had a great experience. We had been looking for a new car for over a month and Casey was very helpful in continuously letting us know what cars were available. Casey was very professional and patient with us! We had a ton of questions and concerns. We wanted a safe car for our family that was at a good price! We love our new car! Thank you Casey! Also Larry did an incredible job at buffing out some small scratches on car and cleaning it. He has an incredible attitude and was extremely professional. He even offered to start the car and get it heated up for our baby before we got in. I could tell that Larry took so much pride in his job and treated his customers like gold. I love my new Subaru from Fort Walton Beach Subaru! My salesman, Jeff W., was very nice and patient and made me feel welcome. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the features of the vehicle in great detail. I received a decent amount on my trade-in. I met with the finance manager at the end and closed the deal. My only advice would be to anyone reading this review is to ask questions of the finance manager about the extended warranty and maintenance plan until you are satisfied that you have all the information you need to make a decision. My car is wonderful and I am very happy with it.
