Probably my last visit to this dealership. If your looking for pandemic precautions--not. If you enjoy sitting in a cold room for 2.5 hours for a simple service check up, then by all means. It was warmer outside then indoors. Finally, customer service 101, don't let a customer sit for 2 hours without even touching base.

If you are interested in a Subaru, look no further. This guy right here is Blaine and there are not enough wonderful things I could say about him and sales manager, David. These two men made my entire experience feel effortless and I felt so comfortable working with them. Blaine and David were incredibly accommodating and helped me find the perfect car at the perfect rate. Be sure to ask for Blaine when you stop by Subaru of Olathe, you will not regret it!!!
Just bought a new Subaru Impreza. Great experience. Our Salesperson was Cristian Castro. Very knowledgeable about Subaru features and especially what comes with the various trim levels. Shawn the sales manager was also great. And finance worked with us out in the sales floor area so no being cramped in a tiny finance office. The whole experience was amazing.
Bought a gently used car here. Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff. Cristian and Alex helped us as well as a few others, everyone was kind and respectful. They also were willing to take a second attempt to buff out a few existing scratches. We got the car back and it looks great. Ultimately felt like we were treated fairly by a great staff. Would recommend and would return.
I had a great experience at Olathe Subaru. Kevin, Ariel, Alex, and Samantha were very responsive, professional, and honest. My buying experience was great. We took advantage of an in home test drive, which helped us be sure we had the right car for our needs. The team at Olathe Subaru was able to locate the vehicle I wanted within a week of it leaving the factory at our agreed price. The negotiation was painless. Olathe Subaru included only the items I wanted and did not push anything I did not. We handled the paperwork remotely and they even delivered it to my home. The dealership is a little off the beaten path and could use better parking, but if you take advantage of the remote options that's not a concern. My family and I love our new Subaru and we were very happy with our buying experience.
