Let me just begin this by saying this company has been incredibly helpful through stressful and unprecedented time for me. Even before them being incredibly kind and understanding as a tenant I’ve received prompt service consistently. Any repairs required have been swift and I’ve had no worries contacting anyone for help. Glad to rent from a company that holds such quality service to a standard. Thank you suburban realty.

Jackie and Amber are great to work with. We can only say wonderful things about this company. The are very professional, are very responsive to our needs, very courteous, and as a painting contractor for them, we are very happy with how timely they are with our payments for our services.

Do not work with this company, they will steal your deposit, they will not do any maintenance on your rental, no matter what breaks. The first time I rented from them I had a broken kitchen sink for a month while I tried to get them to send someone to fix it, then, foolish me I rented from them again. They chose to ignore that I gave notice of intent to vacate, tried to tell me I owed them more money, then told me I was all settled with them, waited five years, then sent me to collections. If you absolutely must work with them get everything in writing and make them sign and date everything because they will do their absolute best to screw you over.
I had a GREAT experience with Suburban Realty. Any time I had an maintenance issue with anything, The maintenance man was out usually same day or next day. Example, My fridge went out and they came looked at it that day and had a new fridge in the same day. (and this was before the office staff change over and after the change over). I was always on time with my rent (except once) in the year and 8 months that I rented with them. My last month with them My Rent was stolen. Because I was able to PROVE that I did pay it and worked with them, they worked with me and waved the late fee for me. They are very understanding. Even when I went into the office upset about this stolen money, they did not unprofessional with me, they still had GREAT customer Service. Ashleigh Love gets 10 Stars for customer service skills!! Thank you Suburban Realty! I wish you the best - And please note that it was not by my choice that I started going through another Property management company-the one we go through now IS THE WORST !
