Sucré offers guests a variety of confectionary delights, all made in the New Orleans confection studio. From French macaroons to salted caramel cupcakes to petit red velvet cakes – each offering is confectionary perfection. Gelato is homemade using first-cut Louisiana cane sugar, milk from local dairies and the finest ingredients. Artisan chocolates are made celebrating local flavors such as the Blangé – a white chocolate ganache with banana and rum enrobed in white chocolate or the Meuniére – brown butter folded into white chocolate ganache enrobed in dark chocolate or the Chicory – New Orleans’ favorite coffee folded into a dark chocolate ganache enrobed in dark chocolate. Hot chocolate features homemade marshmallows flavored with Tahitian vanilla. Visitors to Sucré can stay to enjoy dessert or they can take home treats such as the artisan chocolate bars like Sicilian pistachio & candied rose petals in milk chocolate.

Great place with lovely upscale feel & very helpful staff. Not cheap, but very reasonable prices given the gourmet quality. Delicious gelato.

Just as good as it ever was! They do tend to sell out more now than they did before, but that just shows that they are still quality and popular. I'm not a huge fan of the lack of open pricing, but most of their options are similarly priced. Given the sourcing of their ingredients, a high price is justified.

This place is super busy so be prepared! The staff is great and getting the lines down quickly though. My favorite is the coconut basil sorbet! This one is dairy-free and there are a few other flavors here. It is definitely pricey but could be way worse!! Enjoy :)

Awesome! To be honest, I was expecting just another overpriced “gourmet” chocolate shop, but I felt Sucré’s prices were more than justified given the high quality of their gelato and deserts. The deserts were extremely good and the service was quick. Everything was squeaky clean as well.

We came in after window shopping on magazine street. We ordered All Things NOLA sundae. It did not disappoint. If you have a sweet tooth you need this in your life.

My general impression from a visit of this aesthetically pleasing establishment is style with less substance. As noted, the storefront is lovely and the wait staff are also very cordial and welcoming. The desserts themselves are enticingly decorated. Unfortunately, the decorations mask somewhat disappointing flavors. We got the bread pudding, a shake, and the s'mores skillet. Although well presented, both were bland and overpriced. I am willing to pay quite a lot of money for a good dessert but this didn't really cut it. Sucre seems like a great place to take children who will undoubtedly delight in the pretty setting. As far as more adult tastes with less of a penchant for instagrammable desserts, I would personally look elsewhere.

The desserts are amazing!!! The lemon olive oil raspberry cake was absolutely AMAZING!!! Also, the chocolate brownie was out of this world . They definitely never disappoint.

Very pretty place! Fast service that meets the demand of high volume customers. I’m not sure what I got but I paid about 22. I think we’re paying for the place versus the snacks etc., but whatever lol. I definitely recommend it especially due to its location on Magazine.
