I don't often leave reviews, but I felt the need to go out of my way and leave a review for New England Garden Company. Such a beautiful place to visit, like no other! Once you take a look for your self, you will see. Through initial contact, purchasing and delivery, it was such an easy and wonderful experience. Not only is their product amazing, their customer service is top notch. I highly recommend them!

I found a saddle stone I’ve been looking to acquire for some time on their website. I bought in line in a weekend when they were closed. Their follow up was great and it was shipped to CA where I live quickly. Their installation instructions were easy follow! Nice people to deal with.
New England Gardens Ornaments has terrific inventory and wonderful customer service—the best I have ever encountered. My wife and I order a lot online and always dread it when something goes wrong with a shipment. So when there was a problem with a gift we had ordered from New England Garden Ornaments, I expected the usual hassle—the kind of avoidance that Amazon and others pretend is customer service. Instead, the staff there was friendly, positive, and took care of the problem immediately—going well beyond what I hoped for. I’ll be shopping more with them and recommend them highly—again great inventory (I had searched the web for the perfect gift and found it only at New England Garden Ornaments) and great customer service!
