5 stars for Choice Limousine! They were great to book with and even accommodated a change to the pick up schedule last minute! The vehicle was super clean! Our driver, Jeremy, was very professional and has a great personality! He was early for pick up and drove us to our destination in style! We could reach him by text which was great! He got us to our final drop off area after a great evening out and I will definitely use their service again in the future! Highly recommend!

We reserved a limo for a night out at at concert. I had gone back and forth on whether to get a limo so I was booking last minute ( about 2 days before the event) The booking was easy and Ben was very responsive. The pricing was fair and we got the exact size vehicle I wanted. I shopped around to no less than 4 other limo companies to compare pricing and options. The limo arrived a bit before the agreed time, which was perfect as this evening was a surprise birthday gift. It was a new black limo with all the expected trimmings, ice, water, glass ware, fun limo buttons to push! Jeremy (our driver) was professional and kind. He really made the evening easy- this was 2 moms with their young teenage daughters kind of night so we weren't wild but maybe a bit flighty and excited. He was very thoughtful of the rush hour drop off at the Capital One Arena and during the mess at the end of the concert he was right there to get us! Thanks for making a special evening easy and fun! I highly recommend Choice Limo.

My Choice Limousine experience was AMAZING! We had the best day with Mauricio, our driver. He was so polite and made us feel special. There were 10 of total and it was the first time my parents were meeting my fiance's parents after 5 years! We had told the parents that we had a couple ubers picking us up so when they saw the limo they were ecstatic. They couldn't believe the kids surprised them! Ben was also terrific to work with. I would recommend Choice Limo again and again! Thank you to the entire staff for our day trip to the winery with all of our loved ones!

You can probably find a better limo service in the DC/Alexandria area... Overall, they did what we hired them to do - they picked us up and dropped us off on time. However, it was not stellar experience. From the beginning the online booking system was sub-par. After entering credit card information, it was difficult to tell if you actually had a confirmed reservation - so we ended up calling to be sure. They requested that we provide them with a detailed itinerary at least 48 hours in advance. We and our wedding coordinator provided the itinerary 3 days in advance but the driver (who was personally very nice) arrived without any knowledge of the details we had sent so we ended up having to repeat all of the information. When they arrived, the vehicle was old and not in great shape. One of the doors only worked intermittently and another was missing the interior handle all together (creating a safety hazard). Adding to the \old limo\ feel was the 1990's aftermarket CD player interface in the back...that was set to a hard rock station (maybe not the best music choice for a bridal party on the way to the church). I just reached up and turned the sound off because it was annoying. When we got back in the car after the ceremony, the same music was back on and too loud. So I turned it off again. Back in the car after photos...same music...back on...too loud... Not a great customer experience. The driver was kind enough to drive back to return a cell phone left in the back, but it didn't make up for the overall poor experience. Bottom line: Choice Limo does an acceptable job but there are probably much nicer limo companies in the DC area that have newer vehicles and more streamlined operations.
