Overall an enjoyable experience. Our server Melissa was very attentive. She was a large part of why we had an enjoyable experience. She made great recommendations when asked. The food was good, some previous reviews had me unsure of the food, but I'm glad I didn't let that deter me from visiting. We dined on the Fried Macaroni Pops, the Donut Burger, and the South Beach Flair Burger. We drank the Sour Apple Lolly and the Peace, Love & Harmonie. My partner and I are already planning our next trip back.

The food here was the best I’ve had out of state ever!! Desserts were so pretty to look at and taste just as good (pictures do no justice). The manager Steven was super nice and made sure everything came out right and service was good. We will definitely come back to visit and HIGHLY recommend others visit as well. Atmosphere is upbeat, different and a lot of fun as well.

TORI saved the day this was the worst experience ever! Drinks and Food was good but we almost didn't make it to that part. So we tried to walk in on Monday and realized reservations were required to dine. So we waited and made reservations for 330pm on Wednesday. We arrived on time but was made to wait 30 minutes to be seated. That wasn't the worst part - the table we were seated at was the empty table we had just stared at the last 30 minutes. On my reservation I also requested to be placed by an outlet. I did not receive a wall with an outlet but instead with dirt and food, this wall was disgusting. So bad that we asked to be moved. The velvet black chairs were also gross and full of filth, even other patrons complained and didn't want to sit in them. Moving forward, all of these complaints were presented to the manager who did absolutely nothing about it. When asked why we had to stand and wait 30 minutes for an empty table, his reply was "that's a good question." He didn't offer a discount, solution or an apology. The first hour at this restaurant was a comedy scene. It was the waitress and the food that saved the day. I'd probably never go back - they have LOTS of improvements to make.

We received great service, the food was okay. Although, my son chicken was undercooked. But, the service and the atmosphere definitely made up for it all.

Waking in the hostess was very rude and refused to provide an estimated seating time even though we had a reservation. I spoke with manager Kay who was very nice and address our concerns immediately. We were seated and our waitress Kourtney was absolutely amazing. Very attentive and quick. She was juggling a busy night, but somehow managed. The food was good, not spectacular. The drinks were cool, I got the strawberry lemonade but hated it and changed to a different drink that was better. Overall it’s a nice please to experience, but the hostess need a more positive and polite attitude.

The name really lays out the expectation for this restaurant, because everything except their desserts was mediocre. Not only is the food there overpriced, but it doesn’t taste good either. The expectation for the food doesn’t match up with its price at all. Even with the desserts, I ordered a milkshake here and it came out warm. When I tried to go to manager about it, he was too busy running around because of his mismanagement to deal with my problem. If you’re looking for delicious, affordable, and comfortable dining, this is not the place to go.

I LOVE THE SUGAR FACTORY!!!!!!!! Our Server Malcolm in the middle was the absolute best. We loved his personality and how informative he was about the menu and drinks. It was my sisters birthday so we got her the King Kong!!!!! What an experience the lights, the music, the fireworks it was breathe taking. Malcolm and the other servers had so much energy. I will definitely be back for my birthday!!!!

Super horrible experience. We went for a birthday party and just WOW disappointed unlikely to go back it was a specialty menu and let me just say this...we paid 250 for 30 worth of food that wait 7 wings 4 shrimps 2 pieces of salmon and some salad and a little mashed papas( never again)...food is okay.. drinks are awesome. Go for the drinks but make sure if you are doing a big party you request to have 2-3 waiters smh. Even the manager didn’t know how to handle the situation or the event planner like WOW! I’ll be back just to take my kids for the big ice cream and cool drinks but not to parties uh no no...also the atmosphere is A LOT of young kids/people. Bathrooms are dirty.
