Amazing! Never heard of the place until we saw it on google maps. The name caught our eye and loved it! The drinks were amazing and the food was very good aswell. Highly recommend this place to EVERYONE!

We had the bottomless mimosa brunch and loved it. The service was great and our mimosa glasses were never empty. Their brunch menu could be improved but the food is tasty. Try the eggs Benedict with salmon.

My daughter wanted to have a small birthday party Hannah the manager was very helpful and was instrumental in making it a fun and memorable experience for her. Will definitely visit again
If it was possible to give less than a full star I would. Several tables that were sat after us received service before us. It took 20 minutes just to get the waiter to the table. Who was then rude and non apologetic. The manager came and took our order (after we complained) and promptly handed us off to another waiter who promptly forgot about us. The food was mediocre, but the milkshakes were awesome, but expensive. The service was almost non-existent... it was so bad in fact that two tables near us complained and left early, before even being served. We have been to the one in Orlando and the service there was great even though it was a busy night. Tonight we got to this Miami location well after the dinner rush and the experience was terrible. The fact that they add a 20% service charge to all checks regardless of the party size is a despicable practice as here is no incentive for them to take care of their guests. On a scale of 1 (worst) - 10 (best) Food - 3 Milkshakes - 8 Service - 1 Value - 1 Friendliness of staff - 1 Speed of service - 1 Satisfaction with experience - 1 Will not return. Cannot recommend.
Not a good choice to sit and enjoy a coctail. Too expensive (37 per coctail) and not that good.
After all the terrible service we received in Miami, it was so refreshing to have Carlos as our server here at Sugar Factory. He was very friendly, checked on us often, and was just a genuine person overall. Also, our food was great. This was honestly our best dining experience in Miami, even though this place is mainly known for their drinks. Thanks again
The staff was nice and accommodating after that it was down hill. We had two of their dry ice specialty drinks one with alcohol one without. Overpriced 37 and 32. Then artichoke spinach dip, onion rings, two cheese burgers, calamari and a salmon Salad. The food was good but way over priced. When I got the check they added a 20% service charge. I was a waiter and I get that Miami is full of European tourists who don't understand our tip customs in the USA. However, I did not appreciate the waiter going into a diatribe on how he only gets 8% of the check and he would appreciate it if we left more of a tip. Very awkward. The bill was 213,... way overpriced!!!!!!
